Vince Mancuso is Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Capital, with more than 25 years of C-level and executive leadership in commercial finance and banking. He is the creator and architect of the Secured Finance Certified Professional designation, the asset-based lending industry’s first and only professional certification, and has facilitated more than 130 classes for the Secured Finance Network. He holds the SFCP and CAEF designations and is based in The Woodlands, Texas.

Sarah LeBlanc is Managing Director, Portfolio Development at Liquid Capital, where she develops referral relationships with bankers, advisors and other centers of influence across the firm’s full range of products. She brings more than eight years of experience in working capital finance, including senior sales roles covering invoice financing, asset-based lending, accounts receivable, inventory and supply chain financing.
