Dean L Houlzet

Dean L. Houlzet runs Liquid Capital Finance, located in Miami Florida, where he works with small, medium, and emerging middle-market businesses to help them acquire the working capital they need to succeed.

Dean has a Bachelor’s of Science, an MBA in International Business with a focus on Finance, extensive commercial lending training and more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry. Dean began his career as a relationship banker, but later moved into management and business banking, working with well-known institutions such as Regions Bank, JP Morgan Chase and TD Bank. Most recently he worked with Factor Brokers Inc, where he gained extensive experience in alternative financing solutions.

Driven, loyal, and a natural problem-solver, Dean‘s biggest professional satisfaction comes from helping business owners attain their dreams. Dean works in close partnership with clients to help them uncover options for their business and provide expert advice. He is always happy to roll up his sleeves and work side by side with a business owner to help them achieve financial stability and independence.

A resident of Southern Florida for almost 20 years, Dean enjoys cycling, paddle boarding and any activity that takes advantage of the beautiful Florida weather.

Ernane Iung

Ernane Iung

Ernane Iung (pronounced “Er-non-ee Young”) formed Liquid Capital Solutions, the Orlando affiliate of Liquid Capital Corp, in 2016. Through Liquid Capital Solutions, Ernane provides fast, reliable funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the Central Florida market. Exceptional service yields exceptional results, and you would be hard-pressed to find a more experienced, or more dedicated business adviser and advocate than Ernane.

Born in Brazil and raised in Flint, Michigan, he found success as a high-energy sales, marketing and operations management strategist for mature and start-up public and privately held organizations in a variety of industries. A collaborative leader with a knack for forming lasting, loyal, and lucrative relationships, he has managed operations in Latin America, China, and Europe, as well as the United States, developing a wide range of expertise, including finance, administration, back office, warehousing, legal/contracts, HR, budgeting, and auditing.

When family business brought him back to the United States in 2015, he began looking for a way to put his skills and experience to work for small and medium-sized businesses. He understood the critical importance of healthy cash flow, and how difficult it could be for a fast-growing business or start-up to meet the increasingly stringent lending requirements of traditional lenders. He knew he could make a difference. Ernane believes that his fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, and business connections in Latin America will make him especially helpful to underserved minority business owners.

Iung holds a BA in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master’s degree in International Management (MIM) from the Thunderbird Campus of the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona. He completed the “High Potential Managers Development Course” from Phillips Learning Academy in Eindhoven, Holland, and is a Distinguished Guest Lecturer in the Executive MBA Program at Florida Atlantic University.

A strong believer in the passionate pursuit of life and business, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and is a competitive masters swimmer, competing in aquatic marathons and ocean swim championships.

Mark Coyle

Mark Coyle is the President of Bay Area Liquid Capital, located in Saint Petersburg, Florida, which offers alternative commercial funding for small and medium-sized businesses in the Bay Area.

Mark received a BS in General Business from Missouri State University. With over 15 years’ experience in sales and 8 years in consumer packaged goods, Mark understands the challenges faced by business owners. In addition, he sees the Tampa Bay area business network as a significant strength and benefit for his clients. Mark has more than 10 years of experience in business-to-business sales, and prior to opening his Liquid Capital franchise, was the Territory Sales Manager with Altria.

By opening Bay Area Liquid Capital, Mark was fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning his own business. He takes a client centered approach to business, always striving to work with his partners and clients face-to-face and viewing them as equally important. Mark is always driven to be a positive supportive member of his community; his ultimate goal is to grow his business to the point that he is able to hire veterans recently leaving MacDill, and help them transition back to civilian life.

An active part of his local business community, Mark is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Association, Business Networkers International and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.  He believes that his connections to these great financial professional networks and local entrepreneurs are vital to his business as “we’re in it together and understand each other’s challenges.”

Mark is an intrepid outdoorsman, who enjoys hunting, fishing, and cycling.  When not working or enjoying the beautiful scenery of Florida, Mark is active participant in local charitable endeavors; he recently participated in fundraisers for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Southeastern Guide Dogs.

Benjy Wolf

Benjamin (Benjy) Wolf is the principal of Liquid Capital Funding, operating out of Boca Raton, Florida, which offers a wide variety of alternative financing products to small and medium sized businesses.

Benjy received his B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida. For over 30 years he worked for Katz Television as VP Sales Manager, leading a sales team in the state of Florida selling over 150 local television stations to national and regional advertisers. After his career in the corporate world, Benjy wanted to go into business for himself, where he could work with and help small businesses.   And thus, Liquid Capital Funding was formed!

Honest and customer-focused, Benjy is dedicated to helping his clients find creative and individual solutions to fit their working capital needs. When he began working with a distributor, they were having trouble fulfilling the purchase orders they were getting from their customers because they didn’t have the cash to replenish their inventory. Benjy was able to provide a factoring facility that enabled the distributor to purchase the inventory they needed to begin fulfilling their customers’ orders. As a result, they began receive even more and larger orders! Benjy works closely with all his clients, making sure that nothing slips through the cracks and always being accessible to answer their questions and attend to their needs. He likes to say that his clients come for the cash, but stay for the service!

Larry Schaad is the owner of LFS Capital, Inc. in South Florida, which franchise specializes in providing small to medium sized clients with an array of accounts receivable financing solutions and receivable management services, including credit checks, collections and administration.

Larry is an extremely experienced finance professional having over 20 years in commercial banking and over 10 years in corporate treasury. He decided to leave the corporate finance world in early 2013 and become a small business owner by acquiring LFS Capital, Inc. Liquid Capital is an established international network of finance professionals with over 80 offices throughout North America.

Prior to purchasing LFS Capital, Inc., Larry was Divisional Treasurer at LNR Partners LLC on Miami Beach and Corporate Treasurer with Danka Business Systems plc in St. Petersburg, FL.  Larry’s banking experience began in the early 1980’s with Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company and went on to include Bank of America and Raymond James Bank.

While currently residing in Miami, Larry’s work has allowed him to live in Saint Petersburg, FL, London, England, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, and Dallas and Houston, TX. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Dennis M. Custage owns and manages Custage International Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale, which provides working capital to small and mid-size companies. In addition he heads up Global Boardroom Solutions, a consulting group formed in 1998.

International executive who has managed regional and worldwide operations for Xerox, Nortel Networks, Ryder System, Inc., National Car Rental and Alamo Rent a Car. Dennis has led companies through transition periods with a good balance of financial, marketing, and organizational skills honed over a 30-year career in the U.S, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, with some experience in India, China, Japan and Australia. He holds a Corporate Finance degree from Wharton and is fluent in Spanish with a working knowledge of Portuguese.

After an extensive career with Fortune 500 companies, he finds great satisfaction working with entrepreneurs to support their growth. This is his 11th year in Liquid Capital where he has been able to provide business coaching to his clients that complements the working capital he provides.

Francisco Annicchiarico is the President of Liquid Capital of Florida, located in Miami, where he works with small and medium-sized businesses to create alternative financing solutions.

Francisco obtained a Bachelor’s of Science from Boston College in Accounting. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including having worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, International Management Auditor at British American Tobacco, the Financial Director at International Manufacturers, and the Client Financial Management Controller at Accenture. Since founding Liquid Capital of Florida in 2007, Francisco has used his wealth of experience to help support his local business community by providing tailored, innovative financing options to business owners in need.

Efficient and service oriented, Francisco put high value on client relationships, offering the sort of personalized services so often lacking in banks and large financial institutions. When a client of his found themselves losing sales due to lack of working capital, Francisco was able to create a customized financing solution that allowed his client to get the money they needed to fuel their growth. With his help, they were able to increase their monthly sales from $40,000 to $300,000.

An active member of his local business community, Francisco contributes to the local area Chamber of Commerce, and when not in the office, Francisco spends his time golfing, reading and enjoying the beautiful scenery on coastal Florida.
