Jack Wilson, long-time resident of the Delaware Valley, is the owner and principal of Liquid Capital of Greater Philadelphia, which provides local businesses with financing solutions.

Clients will benefit from his experience and integrity as an entrepreneur, corporate executive and mentor to small businesses across the country.  For almost three decades, Jack has honed his skills and experienced success in the disciplines of project management, collections, finance, Accounts Receivables Management, sales, and process management.  Jack is committed to providing his clients in the Greater Philadelphia area with LOCAL decision-making in a fair, ethical manner. Jack is an active member of the business community participating in various chambers as well working capital workshops and panel discussions. He is a member of the African American Chamber and the NMSDC. Jack and his wife reside in suburban Philadelphia.

John Kraus

John Kraus heads up Liquid Capital of Western Pennsylvania, based in Mars, Pennsylvania, which offers alternative financing solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

John, a lawyer, is a graduate of the University of Michigan, School of Business (B.B.A., Accounting) and Case Western Reserve School of Law. He began his practice with the firm of Jones Day in Columbus Ohio, transferred to London England, and finally to Chicago.  He then left private practice to work in Pittsburgh at H. J. Heinz Company where he was a tax lawyer, V.P. of Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics, and finally General Counsel of Heinz North America.

John always had an interest in having his own business, so when Heinz was bought out in 2013 he started Liquid Capital of Western Pennsylvania.

John lives with his wife Becky on their farm in Mars, Pennsylvania.  They have four adult children. When not working around his farm, John likes to spend his time fishing, playing platform tennis, or cutting logs on his sawmill.
