L\u2019entreprise avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e \u00e0 peine deux ans auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une forte demande pour ses produits, l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait aux prises avec un d\u00e9fi de taille : sans ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cr\u00e9dit, elle ne pouvait obtenir un financement bancaire traditionnel, et la ligne de cr\u00e9dit pour petites entreprises dont elle disposait \u00e9tait nettement insuffisante. Liquid Capital a appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre notre entreprise. Elle poss\u00e8de la maturit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re voulue et sait pourquoi une entreprise a besoin de financement. Son approche est ax\u00e9e sur la croissance, pas sur les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s. Notre relation n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00a0antagoniste. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019affacturage avec Liquid Capital, Summit a pu transformer ses comptes clients en liquidit\u00e9s et payer ses deux principales d\u00e9penses : les salaires, toutes les deux semaines, et les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res (bois), tous les 30 jours.<\/p>\n<p>Entre d\u00e9cembre 2012 et juin 2014, Liquid Capital a achet\u00e9 des comptes clients totalisant 3,0 millions de dollars en plus de 65 financements, atteignant parfois les 400 000 $. Les fonds dont Summit avait besoin pour financer ses activit\u00e9s ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement disponibles, et elle a pu offrir \u00e0 ses clients d\u2019attrayantes modalit\u00e9s de paiement \u00e0 45 ou 60 jours.<\/p>\n<h3>SERVICE ET SOUTIEN EXCEPTIONNELS<\/h3>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qui, selon Ted Hope, diff\u00e9rencie Liquid Capital des autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019affacturage? Le respect et la retenue dont elle a fait preuve dans toutes ses interactions avec Summit et ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, un client important repr\u00e9sentait pr\u00e8s de 60 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires de Summit, et l\u2019entreprise a d\u2019abord craint de le perdre. Mais ces craintes se sont vite \u00e9vapor\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au professionnalisme et \u00e0 l\u2019approche tout en douceur de Liquid Capital. Chaque fois que Liquid Capital a achet\u00e9 les factures de ce client \u2013 pr\u00e8s de 50 fois \u2013 Summit a simplement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la facture au moment de l\u2019exp\u00e9dition, et Liquid Capital a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les fonds \u00e0 la banque \u00e0 peine deux heures plus tard, donnant ainsi \u00e0 Summit la capacit\u00e9 de remplir rapidement la commande du client.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je ne suis pas convaincu que toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019affacturage pourraient le faire, ou qu\u2019elles le feraient, d\u00e9clare Ted Hope. Pour nous, chaque minute compte, et l\u2019affacturage est ce qu\u2019il nous faut. De plus, Liquid Capital s\u2019est vraiment occup\u00e9e du processus de perception des factures, ce qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les paiements d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ne nous \u00e9touffent pas.
