David Frazier

David Frazier and Diane Frazier are the Owners of Liquid Capital Partners. David has a vast wealth of executive experience in the fields of manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance, venture capital and entrepreneurial start-ups. The companies he developed service multi-national  companies in the fields of healthcare, electronic, consumer products and automotive markets.  He held the position of Special Partner in Puerto Rico’s largest Venture Capital Company and has an immense network of  USA and Latin American contacts  in the medium size packaging and plastic processing industry. Diane Frazier has over 35 years as an accounting executive for various mid-size businesses.

Margaret Morales is the Business Manager and Principal Assistant of Liquid Capital Partners and has over 30 years of accounting and human resources experience. She has been described by employers as a dedicated  member of successful business operations.  She treats the job responsibilities as if it were her own business and understands the complexities of employment in a high-pressure work environment.
